WHAT TO EXPECT
Try it.
Say it.
Try it differently.
Through drama, improvisation, voice and storytelling activities, you’ll practise speaking without relying on a script, responding in the moment and shaping what you want to communicate.
This is for people who overthink what to say, go blank when put on the spot, want to feel more present or would like to communicate their ideas more naturally. Your stage might be a camera, a presentation, an interview or a conversation.
You’ll work with your voice and body language, explore stories and practise thinking on your feet. The emphasis is on doing, noticing and trying again.

THE TAKE THE STAGE METHOD
Use play and improvisation to let go of getting everything right. Listen, respond, adapt and practise thinking on your feet.
Explore voice, body language and presence. Practise speaking up and communicating without hiding behind perfect wording.
Understand what you really want to say. Shape your message, find the story and communicate it without becoming dependent on a script.
Put it into practice. Speak. Present. Record. Pitch. Share. Be seen and heard. Keep going when it isn’t perfect.
KNOW YOUR MESSAGE.
NOT YOUR SCRIPT.
